About the role
This Commercial Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding sales among both existing and new professional clients through structured account management and proactive outbound outreach.
The primary focus of the role is to manage and grow existing accounts, particularly in the Nordics and France (while also supporting other international clients). The remaining portion involves proactive outbound outreach within these same prioritized markets.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients from idea to final purchase throughout their wall decor projects.
Proactively maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively follow up on inbound leads to grow the customer base and generate sales.
Build and maintain a well-organized pipeline and report regularly on activity and execution.
Source, reach out and convert new leads independently through relevant networks and systems.
Your profile
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in account management and new business sales
Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus. Living in Stockholm, Sweden.
3+ years’ experience in contract business, preferably within the interior/architecture or hospitality industries
Talent for building and maintaining customer relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven record of achieving sales targets
Familiarity with defined sales processes and methodologies to drive repeatable and predictable results
Ability to see the big picture and understand business drivers
